Nancy Inman

Nancy Inman is a Certified EOS Implementer® and executive coach with nearly three decades of experience in various positions at Northwestern Mutual, where she served as Chief Development Officer for The Virginia Group. Her career foundation includes leadership development, recruiting, performance coaching, and organizational strategy. Nancy now works with organizations to align people, processes, and vision through strategic planning, systems development, team development, and goal setting—helping leaders build clarity, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Stacey Sheridan

Stacey Sheridan is a growth strategist and executive coach with more than 15 years of experience supporting financial services leaders through growth and organizational change. She spent over a decade at Northwestern Mutual in senior field and home office roles, including Chief Growth Officer, and Practice Management Consultant, and later served as a ClientWise consultant. Today, Stacey works as a fractional Chief Growth Officer, executive coach, and study group facilitator, helping firms strengthen strategy, leadership, and scalable growth systems.

Stephanie Shivar

Stephanie Shivar is a leadership coach and business consultant specializing in growth strategy, business development, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance. She held senior executive roles at Northwestern Mutual, including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief Development Officer in Denver, Colorado. Since launching her coaching and consulting practice in 2018, Stephanie has partnered with leaders and organizations on strategic planning, cultural development, and professional growth to build strong, scalable, people-centered organizations.

Steve Frankl

Steve Frankl is a financial services growth strategist and founder of Field Productivity Partners, bringing over 30 years of experience with Northwestern Mutual as both a financial advisor and corporate executive. His background spans sales, field training, leadership development, and distribution performance at scale. Steve partners with financial professionals and firm leaders to build efficient, productive, and profitable practices, focusing on strong leadership, disciplined execution, and proven performance systems that drive sustainable success.

Tricia Hamilton

Tricia Hamilton is an executive coach and leadership strategist with over 20 years of experience helping senior leaders and organizations navigate complexity, drive transformation, and lead with clarity and confidence. She spent nearly two decades at Northwestern Mutual, including serving as Chief Development Officer. A PCC-certified coach, Tricia partners with executives and leadership teams in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational transformation supporting leaders as they build cultures where people and performance thrive.
