FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Peer Collective is a professionally facilitated peer forum, not group coaching and not a mastermind. The focus is on peer-driven dialogue, leadership-level decision making, and shared accountability among experienced advisors, rather than instruction or prescriptive advice.
Each forum is guided by experienced, independent facilitators who provide structure, maintain focus, and ensure balanced participation. Their role is to support productive dialogue and accountability while keeping the emphasis on peer perspective.
Forums meet on a regular cadence designed to support continuity, accountability, and meaningful progress. Specific timing and logistics are shared during the application and invitation process.
Groups are intentionally small to ensure meaningful participation, trust, and depth of discussion. Group size is designed to support strong peer relationships and effective facilitation.
Participants are expected to prepare for sessions, engage fully in discussion, respect confidentiality, and follow through on commitments between meetings. The quality of the experience depends on consistent and thoughtful participation.
